Re-dispersible latex powder is used in self-leveling floor materials, not only to improve the mechanical properties of this kind of floor materials, but also to be used as rheological modifier together with other additives such as methyl cellulose ether and superplasticizer to improve the fluidity of mortar and reduce bleeding and sedimentation.

Experiments show that the advantages of adding redispersible latex powder to any cement floor material are more dependent on adding suitable polymers for self-leveling cement floor materials because of their thin construction thickness and higher liquidity requirements. Redispersible latex powder can improve the flexural strength, tensile strength, wear resistance and adhesion. In addition, it works synergistically with other additives and also acts as a rheological modifier.

Function of dispersible latex powder

1, redispersible latex powder is dispersed to form a film and used as a second adhesive to play a reinforcing role; The protective colloid is absorbed by the mortar system. Improve the construction performance in wet mortar; Improve flow performance; Increase thixotropy and sag resistance; Improve cohesion; Extend the opening hours; Enhance water retention.

In a dry and well-ventilated room, the room temperature is 5-30℃. Please keep away from heat sources, keep away from humidity and avoid exposure to sunlight. It is forbidden to store it with volatile chemicals to prevent adsorption deterioration.
